Chipre 2012 - Ivi Adamou - ?????????????

La televisión chipriota ha elegido internamente a la cantante Ivi Adamou para que sea su representante en Baku. Serán tres canciones las que conformen la preselección televisada y el público deberá elegir una de ellas para que la cantante la interprete en el escenadrio de Eurovisión 2012.



Las tres canciones son:

-"Call the Police"
-"You don't belong here"
-"La la love"

The 2012 Cypriot national final will be held on the 25th of January 2012, where the 2012 Cypriot representative Ivi Adamou will sing a total of 3 songs. The Cypriot entry will be chosen via a televoting/ jury deliberation. Evi will be filming the videoclips for the 3 songs on the 6th of December. A special press conference is scheduled to be held in the beginning of January in order to officially present the songs to the public and give further details on the Cypriot Eurovision 2012 national final.

Sources within Cyprus, who are informed about the Cypriot selection this year, has revealed to ESCDaily.com the three entries to the upcoming Cypriot National Final. All three songs are in English and two of the songs are described as up-tempo pop songs and one an r&b styled mid-tempo ballad. The final will take place on January 25th, at CyBC studios.

The reported entries to the Cypriot National Final are;

1. La La Love
2. You Don’t Belong Here
3. Call The Police

A few days ago, one of the three song titles was published on Facebook; ‘La La Love’. We’ve been informed that Greek-Swedish composer Alex Papakonstantinou is behind the song. Papakonstantinou was behind the third placed Azerbaijani song in 2009, ‘Always’, plus the Greek entry of 2007, seventh placed ‘Yassou Maria’.
